Planning and operation of original tours
Experience-based event tours

Reservation arrangement services
Provision of sightseeing and cultural experience information
Other related services provided by the Company
The Company reserves the right to modify, add, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services as necessary.
3. Reservations and Applications
Customers shall apply for the services using the methods designated by the Company. The Company may refuse an application in the following cases:
False or inaccurate information is provided
The applicant may cause inconvenience or harm to other customers or third parties
The Company determines that safe operation of the tour may be difficult
The Company otherwise determines the application to be inappropriate
4. Fees and Payment
Service fees are indicated on each service page or otherwise separately presented by the Company. Customers shall pay fees using the payment methods specified by the Company. Any bank transfer fees, exchange fees, or other payment-related costs shall be borne by the customer.
5. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations and changes after reservation shall be subject to the cancellation policy applicable to each tour or service. The Company may modify or cancel tours due to weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation issues, safety concerns, or other unavoidable circumstances.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Customers shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the services:
Violating laws, regulations, or public order and morals
Causing damage, disadvantage, or inconvenience to other customers, third parties, or the Company
Registering or transmitting false information
Interfering with the operation of the services
Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of website content
Dangerous, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct, including failure to follow staff instructions
Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the Company
7. Safety
Experience-based tours and events may involve physical exertion and inherent risks. Customers are responsible for assessing their own physical condition and ability to participate. Customers are expected to follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by the Company’s staff.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, losses, or damages caused by a customer’s own negligence or failure to follow instructions.
8. Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos, videos, designs, and other content displayed on the website are owned by the Company or their respective rightful owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is prohibited without prior permission from the Company.
